On June 28, 2020, Changsha metro line 5 has been put into operation. This line is the first metro line in China to adopt permanent magnet traction system. It is expected to become a demonstration line of permanent magnet traction system for urban rail transit in China, realize a significant leap from traditional asynchronous traction to permanent magnet synchronous traction technology, and lead the development direction of the next generation of traction technology.

The whole line vehicles are equipped with core components such as permanent magnet traction system, auxiliary system, network control system, etc., which have been independently developed by our company for many years. The platform products with high integration degree are adopted for the permanent magnet traction system, and the leading position sensorless control technology is adopted for traction control.
